Shark bites off legs bodyboarder

SYDNEY - A shark on Sunday at a popular surfing beach the Australian leg of a body boarder bitten. The man has not survived the incident.
That the police said.
The authorities are using helicopters to find the shark and the arms and legs of the victim, the shark has probably taken. The man in his early twenties at the bodyboarding with five friends when the shark attacked, said a police spokesman. The victim died on the spot.
There were about thirty surfers in the water when the shark attacked, said Deb Pickett, an employee of a beach. "We have a few months ago a number of sharks seen far offshore, but they never come so close," said Pickett.
It is the first time in twenty years that a shark person in the area, near the western city of Dunsborough, has attacked, authorities said.
